Ringkjøbing Landbobank buyback reaches DKK 296.7 million after week 28 purchases

Ringkjøbing Landbobank said its ongoing share buyback programme reached DKK 296,714,916 after the bank bought 12,500 shares during the week of July 6-10, 2026. The programme, announced on 6 May 2026 and running through 7 August 2026, allows repurchases of up to DKK 400 million and no more than 500,000 shares under EU rules including Regulation No. 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation No. 2016/1052, together described as the Safe Harbour regulation. During the week, the bank bought 2,500 shares on each trading day, with daily average purchase prices ranging from DKK 1,666.14 to DKK 1,693.78. Before the latest week, cumulative purchases under the programme stood at 177,800 shares for DKK 275,744,566. Ringkjøbing Landbobank also said it had previously bought back 315,600 shares for DKK 499,996,965 under a separate DKK 500 million programme executed from 2 February 2026 to 5 May 2026. In total, the bank has bought back 505,900 shares for DKK 796,711,881 and now owns 493,400 of its own shares, excluding its trading portfolio and investments made on behalf of customers.
