QKS Group kept MHC in the Leaders quadrant of its CCM rankings, citing governed AI capabilities, accessibility controls, workflow automation and deployment flexibility for regulated, high-volume communications.
MHC said QKS Group strengthened its position in the Leaders quadrant of the 2026 SPARK Matrix™: Customer Communications Management report, highlighting MHC NorthStar CCM's role in the market's shift from document generation to a connected, AI-driven operating layer for customer communications. QKS Group's assessment described CCM as increasingly combining content, customer data, policy logic, AI decisioning, compliance controls and delivery execution in a unified operating framework. MHC said its NorthStar CCM platform aligns with that shift through governed, agentic AI capabilities and tools for template authoring, data integration, composition, workflow automation and multi-channel delivery. MHC pointed to several strengths it said supported the ranking, including its Data Modeler for business-user data mapping across multiple source systems, Process Modeler for governed workflows and conditional routing, and pre-composition accessibility validation across more than 50 specifications, including the European Accessibility Act, EN 301 549, WCAG, ADA and Section 508. The company also said it supports enterprise deployments at significant scale, including one customer producing nearly 1 billion documents a year, and can be deployed across on-premises, hybrid, private cloud and SaaS environments. Saurabh Raj, Senior Analyst at QKS Group, said MHC NorthStar CCM is well positioned for mid-to-large organizations modernizing complex, high-volume customer communications, with strengths in accessibility, data integration, workflow control, production reliability and deployment flexibility. Chris Hartigan, CEO of MHC, said the recognition reflects demand for platforms that connect AI, data, compliance and delivery execution with control and reliability.
