Securitize said institutional demand lifted tokenized asset volume past $5 billion and said board additions Rebecca Macieira-Kaufmann and Manolo Sánchez will strengthen governance as it expands regulated on-chain securities infrastructure.
Securitize said tokenized real-world asset volume on its platform has surpassed $5 billion, which it linked to rising institutional demand for blockchain-based versions of traditional assets. The Miami-based company also said on July 14 that Rebecca Macieira-Kaufmann and Manolo Sánchez joined its board to add governance, regulatory and traditional-finance experience as it expands its compliance infrastructure for on-chain regulated securities and asset tokenization following its June 2026 SPAC merger and NYSE debut under ticker SECZ.
