A July 15 transfer emptied an Alameda/FTX-seizure wallet after roughly $9.28 million in ETH was sent to Coinbase Prime and SHIB, POWR and AERGO were moved to new addresses.
U.S. government-linked wallets have continued moving seized crypto tied to major enforcement cases, with a wallet linked to Alameda Research and FTX emptied on July 15 after transferring about 4,820 ETH worth roughly $9.28 million to Coinbase Prime and sending 54.89 billion SHIB, 631,700 POWR and 1.06 million AERGO to three new addresses. The move followed July 14 transfers that included about $11.45 million in ETH, USDT and USDC from a wallet tied to the 2016 Bitfinex hack and roughly $543,000 in tokens from a separate Alameda/FTX-linked wallet. Arkham data cited by Wu Blockchain showed the Bitfinex-related wallet sent 5,939 ETH and 296,709 USDT to Coinbase Prime, while 901,005 USDC went to another wallet. Earlier Onchain Lens tracking showed another Alameda/FTX-linked wallet distributing 209.18 ETH, 0.533 WBTC, about 1,230 COMP, 5.37 YFI, 4,054 NMR, 4,107 AXS, 138,950 RLC and about $250,000 in SHIB across new addresses before its balance fell to zero. The latest transfer adds to market scrutiny of government-linked wallet activity, though onchain labels are not official confirmation and neither the DOJ nor the U.S. Marshals Service commented on the movements.
