Glencore converts Osisko Metals’ $25 million debenture into shares and warrants
The move leaves Glencore Canada with 128,126,804 common shares and 3,431,222 warrants, or about 14.4% of Osisko Metals on a non-diluted basis, pending final TSX approval.
