Pomerantz investigates Alarum after Bloomberg report on FBI probe sends ADRs down 61.85%

The law firm said it is examining potential securities fraud claims after a report said the FBI was investigating whether NetNut was tied to residential proxy activity involving users’ home internet devices.

Summary

Pomerantz LLP said it is investigating Alarum Technologies Ltd. and certain of its officers and directors over possible securities fraud or other unlawful business practices. The move followed a July 2, 2026 Bloomberg report that said the FBI was investigating whether Alarum subsidiary NetNut had a role in linking customers’ home internet devices, without their consent, into a network that could be used to disguise users’ locations. Citing information provided by the U.S. Department of Justice, the report said the FBI seized multiple internet domains as part of a coordinated law enforcement action targeting infrastructure associated with NetNut’s residential proxy platforms, its administrators and its users. Alarum’s ADRs fell $4.96, or 61.85%, over the following two trading sessions to close at $3.06 on July 6, 2026. Pomerantz asked investors to contact Danielle Peyton about the matter.
