Lightspeed Faction led the round as Glacis Labs scales its multichain clearing network, which has processed more than $1 billion and is targeting tokenized assets and FX.
Glacis Labs raised $6.8 million in a seed round led by Lightspeed Faction, with Franklin Templeton, Coinbase Ventures, A.GAIN, Protein Capital and Techni Ventures participating. The company said the funding, structured as equity and token warrants, will support the expansion of ZeroDelta, its multichain clearing platform for matching, netting and settling digital asset transfers across blockchains. Founded in January 2024, Glacis Labs said ZeroDelta is designed to reduce counterparty risk in cross-chain transfers. The platform currently supports USDC, USDT and USDe. Glacis Labs said it has processed more than $1 billion in transaction volume and is operating at a $1.5 billion annualized run rate. The company plans to extend the platform beyond stablecoins into tokenized securities, real-world assets and foreign exchange, while also growing its team across engineering, compliance and marketing.
