Validator backing has eased to 82.86% but remains above the 80% threshold required for the bundled amendment to activate if support holds through the waiting period.
XRP Ledger’s fixCleanup3_2_0 amendment remains in its final two-week activation window, with validator support now at 82.86%, still above the 80% threshold required under the network’s governance rules. Current governance data shows 29 validators voting in favor and six against, compared with an earlier reading of 85.71% with 30 in favor and five against. If support stays above the threshold for the full waiting period, the bundled maintenance update is still on track to go live on July 29, 2026, at 09:57 UTC. The amendment groups several protocol fixes into one package, including changes affecting the Lending Protocol, Permissioned Domains, the Permissioned DEX, Single Asset Vaults, and Multi-Purpose Tokens. XRPL validator Vet had previously urged node operators to update their software before activation to remain compatible with the protocol changes. If validator backing holds, fixCleanup3_2_0 will be added to the XRP Ledger without another round of governance voting.
