Oak-Eagle AcquireCo extends tender offers for Electronic Arts 2031 and 2051 notes
The extension covers previously announced offers and consent solicitations for any and all of Electronic Arts Inc.'s 1.850% Senior Notes due 2031 and 2.950% Senior Notes due 2051.
