Paradigm has named Katie Biber its new Chief Operating Officer, adding the role while she continues to serve as Chief Legal Officer. Co-founder Matt Huang said the appointment reflects Biber's legal and policy expertise as well as her operating capabilities. Biber has been with Paradigm for over four years and will help manage the company alongside Alana Palmedo.
