Nedap reported stronger first-half 2026 results, with revenue up 13% to €152.0 million and recurring revenue rising 17% to €63.3 million, underscoring broader adoption of its Digital Twin Technology solutions across Healthcare, Livestock, Retail and Security. The company said all key markets contributed to growth, with Livestock delivering a particularly strong first quarter. Recurring revenue, generated from software subscriptions and services, accounted for 42% of total revenue versus 40% a year earlier, helping improve profitability alongside better product-delivery margins. Chief Executive Officer Rob Schuurman said the company remains on track with its Step Up! strategy and pointed to increasing use of Digital Twin Technology in customers' core processes. Nedap said it expects revenue growth in the second half of 2026 versus the second half of 2025, supported by customer adoption, while continuing to invest in its technology platform, AI and cybersecurity. It cautioned that geopolitical developments and market conditions may affect the pace of growth during the rest of the year.
