Instead, Bologna agreed a permanent transfer at the lower €3.5 million figure. The fee is above Alhassane’s estimated market value of €1.5 million to €1.8 million, reflecting Oviedo’s strong negotiating position after tying the left-back to a contract in July 2024 that runs through June 2028.
