SharonAI Holdings Inc. said it signed a cloud computing service agreement valued at US$1.32 billion over five years with a global Artificial Intelligence lab. The Australian neocloud expects to deploy cloud computing solutions across data center infrastructure in New Zealand, with revenue from the contract expected to start across the first and second quarter of 2027. Sharon AI said its total AI Factory capacity is 132MW, with 116MW already contracted to end customers, and more than 62,000 NVIDIA GPUs expected to be deployed by mid-2027. Co-founder and CEO James Manning said the project marks Sharon AI’s first AI Factory in New Zealand and highlighted demand from enterprise, government, hyperscale, AI native and research customers across Asia-Pacific and Rest of World.
