ADI Chain, ZIGChain sign MoU to expand tokenized real-world asset infrastructure

The partnership links ADI Chain’s institutional settlement network with ZIG Markets’ origination and distribution capabilities, targeting stablecoin-based finance, tokenized private credit and supply chain use cases.

Summary

ADI Chain and ZIGChain have signed a memorandum of understanding to build stablecoin-native infrastructure for tokenized real-world assets and on-chain finance. The agreement was signed with ZIG Markets, the access and distribution layer within the ZIGChain ecosystem, and focuses initially on tokenized assets, supply chain finance, working capital for small and mid-sized firms, tokenized private credit and stablecoins as the settlement layer. The partners said the tie-up combines ADI Chain’s institutional-scale settlement infrastructure, designed around compliance, regulation and policy frameworks, with ZIG Markets’ capabilities in origination, tokenization, vault infrastructure and distribution. They said that should allow assets, liquidity and distribution to move across both ecosystems as RWA tokenization shifts from experimentation toward institutional adoption. The announcement said RWAs reached $19.32 billion at the close of Q1 2026, up 256. The MoU also contemplates a Shariah-compliant structure and broader use cases including trade finance, treasury products, tokenized funds and additional RWA classes.
