The Nasdaq-listed healthcare group has bought back 5,112,000 shares under its up to $5 million program, which is set to expire on December 31, 2026.
Cosmos Health Inc. said it repurchased an additional 274,000 common shares in the open market at an average price of about $0.2554 each, lifting total buybacks under its existing program to 5,112,000 shares for roughly $1.11 million. The company said the repurchase plan authorizes up to $5 million of purchases and allows acquisitions in the open market, through privately negotiated transactions, or by other permitted means under SEC Rules 10b5-1 and 10b-18. Cosmos Health said it plans to continue open-market purchases subject to market conditions. The program expires on December 31, 2026, and may be renewed at the company’s sole discretion. CEO Greg Siokas said surpassing 5 million shares repurchased underscores the company’s commitment to the program and added that management believes the shares remain undervalued relative to the strength and potential of its business.
