Toll Brothers said sales will begin July 18 for Vista Ventana, a new luxury condo community in La Mirada, California, alongside a public model home grand opening from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 15704 Santiago Drive. The project includes 42 townhome-style condos with two- and three-story layouts, 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3.5 baths, and attached 2-car garages, with pricing starting from the low $900,000s. The company said the homes include features such as inviting courtyards, covered balconies, and select live-work opportunities, while shared amenities include guest parking, a park, picnic area, and pergola. Brad Hare, Group President of Toll Brothers in Southern California, said the community is aimed at buyers seeking modern luxury in a well-connected suburban setting near shopping, dining, outdoor recreation, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Disneyland. Buyers will also be able to personalize homes through the Toll Brothers Design Studio.
