Toll Brothers said its new Oakvale at Yardley community is now open in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, adding 47 single-family luxury homes on half-acre home sites in Yardley. Site work is underway at 1057 Surrey Lane, and buyers can purchase homes through the company’s nearby Lyondale Meadows community at 6 Augusta Drive in Newtown. The homes will range from 3,677 to more than 5,210 square feet, with 4 to 5 bedrooms, 3 to 6 bathrooms, 2- to 4-car garages, and prices starting at $1.59 million. The company said the location offers access to Interstate 295, Interstate 95, the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Princeton, Center City Philadelphia, northern New Jersey, and New York City, while also being close to New Hope, Doylestown, Newtown, and the Delaware River. John Dean, Division President of Toll Brothers in Pennsylvania, said the project combines large home sites, luxury designs, commuter access, and nearby small-town amenities. Children in the community may attend Pennsbury School District schools, according to the announcement.
