A UK filing indicates Nvidia’s venture arm may hold a sizable Revolut stake as the fintech pursues a secondary share sale, banking expansion and new crypto approvals in Dubai.
NVentures, Nvidia’s corporate venture capital arm, may have acquired 141,834 shares in Revolut, implying a stake worth about $196 million at the reported share price. The holding was identified in a UK Companies House confirmation statement cited by Tech Funding News, though neither Nvidia nor Revolut has disclosed the investment’s size. The apparent stake comes as Revolut considers a secondary share sale that, Bloomberg reported in June, could lift the fintech’s valuation to $115 billion from the $75 billion valuation it secured in November 2025 with backing from Coatue, Greenoaks, Dragoneer, Fidelity, NVentures and other investors. A secondary sale would allow existing shareholders and employees to sell shares without the company raising fresh capital. The timing also overlaps with key regulatory developments. Revolut has received a full UK banking license and is pursuing a US bank charter, moves that could support a broader push into lending and banking services. This week, the company also received in-principle approval from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority for a VASP license, a step that would let it offer regulated crypto broker-dealer, investment and exchange services in the UAE through its retail app and Revolut X once final authorization is granted.
