Newmark Group said it secured a long-term property and project management assignment from 601W Companies covering more than 21 million square feet of premier office assets across the U.S. The portfolio includes more than 12 million square feet in Chicago and more than 9 million additional square feet in New York City, New Jersey and Los Angeles, with services already underway at 333 S Grand Avenue in Los Angeles. Newmark said the mandate was led by Jesse Van Dyke, Executive Vice President, Midwest Regional Market Leader, and Richard Holden, President, Property Management, and forms part of its strategy to expand recurring revenue businesses and investor solutions for institutional owners with complex portfolios.
