Boeing identified aircraft lifecycle efficiency, digitalization, data-driven services, geographic shifts in demand, workforce transformation and retirements as major forces shaping the market. Its Pilot & Technician Outlook projects demand for 674,000 pilots, 728,000 maintenance technicians and 1,023,000 cabin crew members, with two-thirds of total hiring tied to retirements and one-third linked to fleet growth.
