UTA will move its New York offices to four floors of the landmark tower next summer, expanding its footprint as Empire State Realty Trust adds a major office tenant.
United Talent Agency and Empire State Realty Trust said UTA will move its New York offices to the Empire State Building next summer under a 100,948-square-foot lease spanning four floors. UTA said the move reflects its continued growth and long-term commitment to New York, where its office houses businesses including filmed entertainment, creators, news, publishing, theatre, music, speakers, sports, brand advisory and executive search. Empire State Realty Trust said the fully modernized building offers more than 65,000 square feet of amenities and highlighted remaining large office availability for 2026 at One Grand Central Place and 501 7th Avenue.
