ChinaSoft International (00354.HK) said it has formally signed a “Moon Landing Plan” token revenue-sharing and joint innovation cooperation agreement with Beijing Moonshot AI Technology Co., Ltd. The partnership will combine ChinaSoft’s AllMeta platform with Moonshot’s K2.7 Code and K3 models to develop and commercialize enterprise AI agents, or task-specific AI software tools, for industries including energy, power, and finance. The deal points to a push to turn large-model capabilities into sector-specific business applications through joint product development and commercialization.
