The company said its FCA secondary listing and London Stock Exchange main market admission were cancelled effective July 20, 2026, while its New York Stock Exchange listing remains in place.
Ferguson Enterprises Inc. said the cancellation of its secondary listing in London took effect at 08:00 a.m. U.K. time on July 20, 2026, completing a step it had previously announced on June 16, 2026. The move covers both the company’s common stock listing in the Equity Shares (international commercial companies secondary listing) category of the Official List of the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority and the admission of that stock to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities. Ferguson said it will continue to maintain its common stock listing on the New York Stock Exchange and has published a shareholder FAQ on its website related to the London delisting.
