Price joins the stablecoin payments platform as Global Partnership Director to deepen ties with financial institutions, payment networks and fintech firms as WasabiCard expands its cross-border payments infrastructure.
WasabiCard has appointed Matt Price as Global Partnership Director, adding a payments executive with nearly 28 years at Visa and a later senior role at Global Payments to lead its partnership strategy. The stablecoin-powered global payment infrastructure platform said Price, who joined in May 2026, will work with financial institutions, payment networks, fintech companies and other strategic ecosystem partners to support the company’s continued international expansion. WasabiCard said the hire comes as demand grows for stablecoin-powered payment infrastructure and as it invests in partnerships to broaden its enterprise payments ecosystem across areas including card issuing, payouts and cross-border payments.
