The network says only liquid on-chain balances can still be moved to Ethereum before the 6:00 AM UTC cutoff; rewards, unstaking and node burns have already closed.
Powerloom is set to halt permanently at 6:00 AM UTC on July 21, leaving users with less than 24 hours as of press time to transfer POWER or other eligible assets from the network to Ethereum. The project’s wind-down page shows the bridge is still active, and users were told to begin a withdrawal through the official bridge and complete the claim on Ethereum before the deadline. Only balances already available for transfer remain recoverable. Reward claims, unstaking and node burns were shut when mint.powerloom.network went offline at 6:00 AM UTC on July 16. Powerloom said unclaimed rewards, staked POWER and node-slot funds tied to those dashboard processes can no longer be recovered, leaving only holders of liquid on-chain balances with a path out. The urgency reflects how bridges depend on both connected chains remaining operational. Once Powerloom stops producing blocks, contracts and chain state will become inaccessible, and the Arbitrum-based bridge (cross-chain transfer link) will also stop working because its source chain will no longer operate. Assets left on the network after that point may become stranded. POWER held on Ethereum is not part of the shutdown. Powerloom said its ERC-20 contract (Ethereum token standard) at 0x429F0d8233e517f9acf6F0C8293BF35804063a83 is immutable and will remain accessible on-chain. In a June 15 wind-down announcement, the founders said the project lacked a sustainable operating model, continued ecosystem demand and sufficient resources to support the network over the long term.
