Several law firms are soliciting Grail, Inc. investors after the company said on February 19, 2026 that the NHS-Galleri trial did not achieve its primary endpoint of a statistically significant reduction in Stage III and IV cancers. Levi & Korsinsky said GRAL shares fell 50.55% in one day, from $101.53 on February 19, 2026 to $50.21 on February 20, 2026, a loss of $51.32 per share. Hagens Berman said the drop erased more than $2.2 billion in market capitalization and is investigating claims tied to a pending class action alleging violations of U.S. securities laws. Bragar Eagel & Squire said a class action has been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Grail common stock between May 13, 2025 and February 19, 2026, and that investors have until August 4, 2026 to apply to be appointed lead plaintiff. Rosen Law Firm, Portnoy Law Firm, The Law Offices of Frank R. Cruz, and Hagens Berman also issued notices covering the same Grail class period and August 4, 2026 deadline. The complaints allege Grail misled investors about the state of the NHS-Galleri study after top-line first-round screening results, while later acknowledging that the trial as executed over a three-year follow-up period was insufficient to show whether the primary endpoint was achievable. The filings also contend the company withheld detailed topline data that may have indicated either that a longer timeline was needed or that the probability of achieving a statistical reduction in late-stage cancers had diminished.
