Portnoy Law Firm added to earlier legal scrutiny after Immix said it fired an officer linked in reports to a fugitive who allegedly worked under the alias Richard Graydon.
Immix Biopharma is facing broader legal scrutiny after Portnoy Law Firm said it has begun investigating possible securities fraud and may file a class action on behalf of investors. The latest inquiry adds to earlier investigations by Holzer & Holzer and Block & Leviton following Immix's July 2026 disclosure that it had terminated an officer after reports said he had been working under the alias Richard Graydon and was allegedly Ronald Fischer, a fugitive wanted in Rhode Island operating under an assumed identity. Immix said the officer was let go as of July 17, 2026 for reasons unrelated to his activities at the company and that, because of his brief employment, management did not expect any material financial or operational impact. After the reports were published, Immix shares fell roughly 10.83%, intensifying questions about corporate oversight, disclosure controls and whether investors were misled about senior management personnel.
