The 2026 agreement marks a second straight year that Western Canada Lottery Corporation chose IGT through its competitive VLT procurement process.
IGT said its subsidiary, IGT Canada Solutions Limited, has signed an agreement with Western Canada Lottery Corporation to supply 720 additional Sierra27 video lottery terminals in 2026. The company said the deal extends its position as a major VLT (video lottery terminal) supplier in Canada and represents the second consecutive year it has been selected through WCLC's competitive procurement process. WCLC Vice President, VLT Gaming & Operations Eric Karmark said the new terminals will support the lottery corporation's venue network with hardware and content built for the Canadian market. IGT VP of Sales, Canada and Oregon Chad Helm said the agreement underscores the companies' collaboration around products intended to improve venue performance and player experiences. IGT said the Sierra27 cabinet includes two high-definition 27-inch screens, a 13.3-inch dynamic player panel with dual bash buttons, and a wireless inductive charger, and is supported by content tailored for players in Canada, including Big City 5's Diamond, Tiki Tiki Tiki Mayhem™, and Cash Climb™ Garden of Hesperides.
