Separately, a newly created wallet withdrew 12,800 ETH worth about $24.47 million from Binance over the past 24 hours and staked all of it. Together, the transactions point to large-scale Ethereum accumulation and movement off exchange, with one wallet re-entering the market and another shifting holdings into staking.
