Users can create wallets with email, Apple, or Google without backing up a seed phrase, with TEE-based key handling and faster access to onchain trading of RWA and DeFi assets.
OKX Wallet has launched social login, allowing users to create a wallet in seconds using email, Apple, or Google rather than recording or backing up a seed phrase. The company said seed phrases and private keys are generated, stored, and signed in a trusted execution environment, or TEE, and that one account works across its app, browser extension, web, and Agent. Initial support covers 19 chains, including X Layer and Solana. OKX said the update is intended to reduce onboarding friction and make access to onchain participation, including trading tokenized real-world assets and DeFi assets, more immediate.
