The mobile advertising company is preparing an India listing expected to raise about $1 billion at a $4 billion to $6 billion valuation as it shifts domicile from Singapore.
InMobi is preparing for an initial public offering on Indian exchanges between mid-2025 and early 2026 that is expected to raise around $1 billion and value the company at between $4 billion and $6 billion. The mobile advertising platform, described as India’s first unicorn, has been in advanced talks with as many as eight investment banks for the share sale, with JPMorgan, Jefferies, and Kotak Mahindra Capital previously identified among the banks working on the deal. Ahead of the listing, InMobi is carrying out a full redomiciliation from Singapore to India and the founders have bought back stakes from SoftBank, consolidating majority ownership. The company has also completed a pre-IPO funding round. Founded in Bangalore in 2007, InMobi serves more than 30,000 brands and reaches over 2 billion users globally, while its consumer technology subsidiary Glance distributes content on smartphone lock screens through partnerships with major device manufacturers.
