The digital-asset infrastructure provider said Motive Partners and Oak HC/FT co-led the financing, with Bitso and Paxos participating as design partners as Cordant builds tools for regulated payment operations.
Cordant, a financial infrastructure platform founded by former Rapyd executives, said it raised an $8 million seed round co-led by Motive Partners and Oak HC/FT. Bitso and Paxos also participated as design partners. The company said its platform links payment rails, bank accounts, ledgers, compliance and risk systems to standardize fragmented data for real-time monitoring, exception management and audit-grade evidence in regulated environments. The raise underscores investor interest in infrastructure intended to help businesses operationalize stablecoin and digital-asset payments within more controlled, compliance-focused workflows.
