The appointment comes as the franchise development company adds services, acquires Franchise Creator and highlights growth after landing on Inc.'s 2026 Midwest fastest-growing private companies list.
Franchise FastLane has appointed Heather Harris as Chief Executive Officer, bringing nearly three decades of leadership experience across franchising, retail and consumer brands to the franchise development company. Harris most recently served as CEO of Uni K Wax and previously held executive leadership roles including president of CycleBar and Intelligent Office. The company said she will focus on strengthening support for emerging brands, franchise consultants and entrepreneurs by helping partners identify growth opportunities, refine strategy and build with confidence. Her appointment arrives during a broader period of expansion for Franchise FastLane. The company recently named Connie Wallis as Vice President of Consultant Relations, acquired Franchise Creator to support early-stage franchise brands and was recognized on Inc.'s 2026 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the Midwest. Franchise FastLane said its platform supports franchisors through franchise formation, franchise sales and development, territory checks, lead registration, marketing, compliance oversight, operational support through its proprietary tech stack (internal software tools) and collaboration with franchise consultants. Since launching in 2017, the company said it has helped award more than 10,000 franchise units and placed over 3,900 entrepreneurs into ownership. It also offers the FastLane program and CarPool program, including an outsourced franchise sales model and an in-house coaching, technology and support offering.
