Erik Voorhees said model inference through the Venice API can now automatically reach onchain data without extra keys or authentication, building on prior RPC API support comments from Jesse Proudman.
Venice API users can now let agents automatically access onchain data from Base, Solana and Robinhood Chain when they call model inference, Erik Voorhees said. The access does not require additional keys or authentication, a change that could simplify how AI agents interact with blockchain networks by removing extra connection steps. The update follows an earlier statement from Venice President and Chief Technology Officer Jesse Proudman, who said Venice had added support for Robinhood Chain and Solana through its RPC API (remote procedure call interface for blockchain data).
