An anonymous wallet deposited 16 million ENA tokens worth about $1.37 million into Binance in a single transaction from a Gnosis multisig wallet, according to onchain data flagged by Onchain Lens. Large transfers from multisig or cold-style custody to centralized exchanges are closely watched because they can signal that tokens are being positioned for sale, although deposits can also be used for staking, lending or other platform activity. ENA is the governance token of Ethena Labs, whose protocol includes the synthetic dollar USDe, and the transfer comes amid mixed sentiment across altcoins and continued scrutiny of whale positioning.
