Boxwood Partners advised ETC on the sale, which expands Right Traffic's Pacific Northwest presence and adds a regional traffic management operator serving utility, telecom, transportation and infrastructure customers.
Right Traffic's acquisition of Expert Traffic Control expands the buyer's Pacific Northwest presence and adds a regional traffic management and work zone safety operator serving utility, telecommunications, transportation and infrastructure customers. Boxwood Partners said it acted as exclusive financial advisor to ETC on the transaction, while Hill Ward Henderson served as legal counsel to the seller. ETC, headquartered in Oregon, said it has spent the past four years building an independent traffic management business in the region, with a reputation for safety, operational execution and customer service. Right Traffic Chief Executive Officer Trevor Romkey said the company fits its culture and long-term vision, while ETC co-owners Pete Nelson and Nick Whitehead said the combination supports continued growth and preserves the company's safety-focused, customer-first approach. The deal advances Right Traffic's strategy of partnering with regional operators and is intended to create additional opportunities to invest in employees, broaden service capabilities and support customers across North America.
