
Tracking reports said the trader built a large leveraged Google position ahead of results, then closed a roughly $13.6 million long after earnings and rotated capital into Micron.
Reports from Hyperinsight, Odaily and PANews, citing trading trackers and on-chain analyst EmberCN/Ember, described a newly identified whale aggressively trading GOOGL around Alphabet’s earnings. Ahead of results, the trader was reported to have accumulated 6,700 shares at an average $356.2, sold 1,199 shares at $349.5 for an $8,042 loss, then added 2,978.2 shares in premarket at about $349.5 using 10x leverage, while another report said the same trader opened a $10.66 million GOOGL long at $349.7. Hyperinsight later said address 0xC8b built a 38,800-share GOOGL long worth about $13.5578 million at an average $349.28 between 22:00 yesterday and 04:00 today, adding about $2.8978 million after disclosure. After earnings, the trader began cutting the position at 05:43 and fully exited at $330.29 for a $737,000 loss. Its only current holding is a 3x leveraged MU long of 24,600 shares worth about $23.9561 million, showing a $97,900 unrealized loss and a $354.91 liquidation price.
