OSL Group makes CNBC-Statista top fintech list for second straight year

The Hong Kong-listed stablecoin payment and trading platform said the recognition follows expansion into Web3 payments, cross-border services and its US dollar-backed enterprise stablecoin USDGO.

Summary

OSL Group said it was named to the CNBC and Statista “World’s Top Fintech Companies 2026” list, marking its second consecutive appearance after also making the 2025 edition. The company said it is the only stablecoin payment and trading platform headquartered in Hong Kong included in this year’s ranking, a result it framed as validation of its fintech strategy and regulated digital asset model. The announcement comes after a year in which OSL highlighted several expansion steps, including its acquisition of Web3 payment infrastructure provider Banxa, the rollout of OSL B2B cross-border payments services and the launch of USDGO, its US dollar-backed enterprise stablecoin. OSL also said it is exploring agentic payments and working with traditional financial firms to develop regulated digital asset ecosystems. Chief Financial Officer Ivan Wong said the repeat recognition reflected the company’s focus on innovation and regulatory excellence, adding that OSL plans to expand globally and keep investing in next-generation financial technology aimed at linking traditional capital with digital asset infrastructure.
