Summary

Neurimmune said it sold a portion of its royalty interest in cliramitug to Royalty Pharma for up to $425 million, including $125 million upfront, giving the clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company non-dilutive funding for its research pipeline. Under the agreement, Royalty Pharma will receive a 3% to 4% royalty on worldwide net sales of cliramitug, while Neurimmune said it will retain substantial portions of its royalty and milestone interest in the drug.
