TELUS said it is reorganizing its executive team as the first step in a broader transformation of its core telecom operations aimed at sustainable growth. Effective September 1, 2026, David Fuller will return as Executive Vice President and Group President, TELUS Communications, overseeing the consolidated consumer and business telecom portfolio, while Navin Arora will become EVP and Group President, Global Platform Businesses, adding responsibility for enterprise corporate strategy, TELUS Global Ventures, corporate development and data centre strategy alongside TELUS Health, TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods and TELUS Digital Solutions. Zainul Mawji, Executive Vice President, TELUS Consumer Solutions, will leave the company on September 1 after 25 years at TELUS. The company said the overhaul is intended to improve customer service, direct capital and resources toward higher-margin products and customer segments, streamline decision-making and increase operating efficiency as the telecom industry changes rapidly.
