
Phoenix Group data highlights the largest listed Bitcoin holders, with Strategy far ahead of peers including Twenty One Capital, Marathon Digital, Metaplanet, Bullish, Strive, Galaxy, Hut 8, Riot and Coinbase.
Public companies collectively hold 1.28 million Bitcoin valued at $76 billion, representing 6.11% of Bitcoin’s 21 million supply, according to Bitwise. The asset manager said 184 companies now hold Bitcoin on their balance sheets, and in Q2 '26 those companies made net purchases of 130,467 BTC, underscoring continued treasury accumulation as a source of demand. Separate data from Phoenix Group put holdings by the top 151 public firms at 1,201,521 BTC worth nearly $79.02 billion and highlighted the biggest holders led by Strategy, followed by Twenty One Capital, Marathon Digital Holdings, Metaplanet, Bullish, Strive, Galaxy Digital Holdings, Hut 8 Corp, Riot Platforms and Coinbase. Phoenix Group listed Strategy at 843,775 BTC, Twenty One Capital at 37,229 BTC, Marathon Digital Holdings at 35,303 BTC, Metaplanet at 35,102 BTC, Bullish at 24,340 BTC, Strive at 19,864 BTC, Galaxy Digital Holdings at 17,102 BTC, Hut 8 Corp at 15,679 BTC, Riot Platforms at 15,679 BTC and Coinbase at 14,458 BTC.
