FTAI Aviation Ltd. said J&F Power Systems LLC, its joint venture with Jereh Group, entered into a master gas turbine generator set supply agreement with a leading international cloud service provider and booked an initial purchase order worth $1.465 billion. The order covers Mod-1 mobile gas turbine generator sets for the customer's power infrastructure buildout, with deliveries scheduled in batches through November 2027, and represents a substantial portion of FTAI Power's targeted 2027 Mod-1 CFM56 aeroderivative unit deliveries. The five-year agreement allows the customer to place additional orders. Payments are structured around milestones, beginning with an advance payment at signing and followed by progress payments tied to production, testing and on-site commissioning. Final settlement is subject to a performance adjustment mechanism that allows upward revisions for equipment that exceeds performance standards and downward revisions, capped at 10% of the affected equipment's value, for lower power output.
