Gate said Gate App V8.29.0 lets users mirror lead traders’ real stock positions across U.S., Hong Kong and South Korean equities and ETFs, with proportional copying, 0.01-share fractional trading and high-water-mark profit sharing.
Gate said it launched a stock copy trading feature on July 24, 2026 in Gate App V8.29.0, allowing users to automatically mirror lead traders’ real stock positions across U.S., Hong Kong and South Korean equities and ETFs. The exchange said the service covers more than 12,500 stocks and ETF instruments, uses proportional copy trading tied to each user’s allocated or available capital, and supports fractional-share trading from as little as 0.01 share. Gate said the product uses a high-water-mark profit-sharing model and that eligible lead traders can receive profit sharing of up to 10%. The launch expands Gate’s stock offering beyond direct trading, gStocks tokenized securities spot pairs and USDT-settled perpetual futures tied to leveraged single-stock ETF products announced for July 23.
