The partnership targets licensing, commercialization, manufacturing, investment and M&A opportunities in South Korea, with JP3E paid only through mutually agreed success fees on completed transactions.
Vivasor said it has signed an Exclusive Strategic Representation Agreement with JP3E Development Corp. (OTC: JPTE), appointing the Korea-based company as its exclusive strategic representative and business development agent in the Republic of Korea. The three-year arrangement is aimed at helping Vivasor pursue partnerships across South Korea’s pharmaceutical and biotechnology market, spanning licensing, commercialization, manufacturing, research, investment and corporate development. Under the structure, JP3E will use its Korean network to make introductions to counterparties approved by Vivasor, while any definitive licensing, manufacturing, commercialization, investment or strategic partnership deals will be negotiated and executed directly by Vivasor and third parties. The companies said the arrangement carries no retainer fees, monthly consulting fees, advance payments or guaranteed compensation, with JP3E eligible for mutually agreed success fees on transactions it helps originate, introduce, negotiate or facilitate. Vivasor said it operates through four integrated subsidiaries and is advancing six product candidates with human clinical experience, including Olgotrelvir (Ovydso™), antibody-drug conjugates (targeted cancer medicines) OQY-3258 and OQY-6129, Fujovee (abivertinib / AC-5656), AC-0939 (STI-8591), and RTX (RTX-OAK-301). According to Vivasor’s July 2026 corporate presentation, the pipeline represents an aggregate addressable market of more than $100 billion. The release also included executives’ comments highlighting South Korea as a biotech hub and noted the standard forward-looking statements on development, regulatory and commercialization risks.
