The company said the funding will speed product development, strengthen its developer tools and testnet, and grow a global node ecosystem aimed at supporting autonomous AI agents.
ALPHEA said it has raised $5 million in strategic funding to accelerate development of what it describes as an AI-native distributed operating environment for AI agents. The Hong Kong-based announcement said the capital will be used to speed product development, improve the project's developer network and testnet, strengthen its CLI tools and Delta packaging system, and expand a global node ecosystem. The company said its platform is designed to support autonomous AI agents as they move beyond content generation into continuous decision-making, system interaction, and machine-to-machine activity. ALPHEA argues that traditional cloud systems and existing blockchains are not fully built for those workloads, particularly around persistent execution, memory, storage, and payments between machines. Funding participants and supporting organizations named in the announcement include MH Ventures, IBC Ventures, Titan Ventures, and Becker Ventures. ALPHEA also said it plans to broaden its distributed supply model by connecting idle PCs, smartphones, and edge devices into its network. Henry Park, ALPHEA's founder and technology lead, said the company will use the funding to accelerate a machine-to-machine economy using ALP, the platform's native resource token, for settlement. The company said it plans to share more details on its roadmap, ecosystem collaborations, and upcoming milestones in the coming weeks.
