San Sebastian-based AI model compression company said the round, co-led by Forgepoint Capital International, BNPP SIVF and Bullhound Capital, will fund sovereign AI infrastructure, product development and international expansion.
Multiverse Computing said it has raised a $570 million (€500 million) Series C round at a $1.7 billion (€1.5 billion) pre-money valuation, a 5x increase from its Series B. The company said the financing, advised by JP Morgan and Santander CIB, is expected to bring total funding to $800 million and may remain open to additional strategic investors. It plans to use the proceeds to expand its CompactifAI model-compression platform, invest in sovereign AI infrastructure and supporting software, continue research and development, and deepen its presence in East Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Canada and the United States.
