Home Control International Limited said its wholly owned subsidiary Orbiva Limited signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with Indonesian health technology company PT Articura Tech Indonesia on July 23, 2026, to explore healthcare AI infrastructure and digital health products tailored to Indonesia. The collaboration centers on medical AI architecture, healthcare data processing, AI-powered software and hardware integration, edge computing (processing data closer to where it is created), and Indonesian healthcare resources, with the companies emphasizing compliance with data sovereignty and regulatory requirements. Under the memorandum, Orbiva will provide capabilities in artificial intelligence, AIoT smart devices, healthcare data processing and edge computing, while Articura will contribute healthcare technology deployment experience, integration with healthcare institutions' information systems and hospital networks across Indonesia. The planned work includes healthcare AI reasoning-rule systems, healthcare data and knowledge systems for hospitals and clinics, home healthcare and remote monitoring, digital health records, and AI use cases such as pre-consultation, patient triage, clinical decision support, medical record quality control, patient follow-up and hospital efficiency improvements. The partners also plan to examine government cooperation, regional expansion, localized large language models for healthcare AI, potential investment opportunities and longer-term strategic partnerships. Articura separately signed memoranda with the National Brain Center Hospital, the Faculty of Pharmacy at Universitas Padjadjaran, PT Axis Perifer Sentral and PT Pragati Klinik Medika, extending the ecosystem into research, higher education, specialized care and primary healthcare. Articura also plans to establish a National AI Healthcare Lab as a platform for validation, innovation and education. Home Control executives said the group intends to pilot a series of health and wellness products in Indonesia before seeking broader ASEAN expansion.
