Gate said it will expand its derivatives lineup across July 28-29, 2026. On July 28, the exchange plans to launch nine USDT-settled stock-area perpetual contracts at 16:00 UTC+8 covering TMF, TBT, BITO, BOTZ, XLV, IBB, SKDD, SKUU and GILD, and Gate ETF plans to open trading in four leveraged token pairs — CXMT3L/USDT, CXMT3S/USDT, MSFT3L/USDT and MSFT3S/USDT — at 15:00 UTC+8, alongside a trading challenge running through Aug. 6. On July 29 at 16:00 UTC+8, Gate said it will launch BVOL and EVOL USDT-settled perpetual futures in its contract index section, giving traders long and short exposure to 30-day implied volatility for BTC and ETH spot prices. Across the new products, Gate said leverage will range from 1x to 20x, and listing times or trading parameters may be adjusted depending on volatility and market conditions.
