The move allows VOLMF shares to clear and settle electronically in the United States, a step that can broaden access for U.S. investors and streamline trading.
Volta Metals said its shares are now eligible for The Depository Trust Company, or DTC, making VOLMF electronically tradable and settleable in the United States. DTC eligibility typically reduces friction in cross-border trading by allowing brokerage platforms to clear and settle securities through the U.S. market’s standard electronic infrastructure, which can improve accessibility and liquidity for investors.
