The package offers financing at 3.9% APR, 60 days of zero pool commission and partner discounts as Bitcoin mining economics weaken after the halving.
EMCD said it has launched a Miner Support Program that gives eligible Bitcoin miners access to up to $30 million in combined financing, fee relief and partner benefits. The company said the initiative comes as mining profitability deteriorates, with Bitcoin hashprice (mining revenue per unit of computing power) at about $28/PH/day, down 50% from its October 2025 peak and at an all-time post-halving low, citing CoinShares Q1 2026 data. It also pointed to an estimated 252 EH/s taken offline, based on Hashrate Index data cited in CoinCentral in April 2026, and three straight negative difficulty adjustments, the first such run since July 2022, as signs of sector-wide stress. The program includes secured liquidity facilities at 3.9% APR for miners facing cash-flow pressure, zero pool commission for 60 days for operators seeking to protect margins, preferential pricing on Vnish firmware (third-party ASIC optimization software), and special terms on equipment and data center services through EMCD’s partner network. EMCD said the products are designed around mining-specific cash-flow cycles rather than generic crypto-backed lending. Michael Jerlis, Founder & CEO, EMCD, said the company aims to help miners use downturns rather than simply wait them out. The stated $30 million figure represents the maximum aggregate value of support, including financing, fee reductions and partner offers, and is not a reserved fund. Founded in 2017, EMCD said it operates in 120+ markets, has more than 30 EH/s of hashrate and ranks among the global top ten mining pools.
